fit/, I’m sick of moving like a fridge. Tight hips, stiff hamstrings, garbage overhead mobility flexibility is killing my lifts and making me feel like an old man.

How do you actually get flexible? I’m not talking about meme yoga vids or "just stretch, bro" advice. I want real routines and drills that actually work.

Post routines, results, or even progress pics (no homo… unless). Let’s fix this and move like actual humans instead of T-Rexes.
