I have put together a basic workout plan for my BF (attached) but its a bit convoluted and messy.

My boyfriend has always been chronically underweight and has been working on eating more these last few months, but is gaining weight in ways that he does not like. Almost all of the weight has been distributed to his stomach/legs in ways which is making him self conscious, and I am trying to assist him with gaining weight properly. He is currently 115lbs but really should be in the 135-145 range for his height (5 foot 4). He has wanted to get significantly more muscular for awhile, but has failed to do so due to a variety of reasons, one of which has been dealing with an on and off ED. Getting him to bulk may be hard, and body recomp isnt always easy.

What is worse is that he does not have a gym membership or drivers license, and no steady form of income to buy protein/sups as he is currently living with parents during college. He has an adjustable dumbbell set and that is about it. Would it be theoretically possible for someone who is very skinny to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle in 6 months doing only basic dumbbell exercises and calisthenics? Or is that an unreasonable goal?

I could try and crank up his protein and also adjust some stuff. Beginner gains will go crazy for a bit because he's small af.

No

It's merely a illusion.
Short gays don't have a advantage to muscle gain. It just looks like it because a 160guy with 40cm arms will look massive while a tall guy will look mediocre
>>
Remember to add ....

Compound movements

Isolated exercise is only meant for stressing the muscles

This is no laughing matter anon, he's at a serious risk of being blown away by a mild breeze at this point
