Is there any evidence to this claim that meat is pure nutrient so you won’t poop for days because your body just absorbs all of it? Of all the carnivore claims that one is the most suspicious
>>
horseshit lol

It's true. I only poop every 3 or 4 days

When I did keto I had God awful constipation

why don't u just eat meat for a few days and see? retard

You’re missing the point. Many people who go carnivore report feelings of constipation. The lack of fiber is an explanation. But carnivore supporters will claim it’s not constipation but actually just your body not needing to get rid of any extra waste due to meat having no waste in it and your body just absorbing everything you eat.

i remember shitting less and it being heavier
>>
I had diarrhea for a couple days after I started carnivore. Since then, it's been a normal poop once/day

If you eat salt on this diet you will have diarrhea, when people do colon cleanses they actually drink salt water because it's a natural purgative. So if you're worried about not shitting just add more salt maybe (salt is poisonous) your body will be forced to evacuate all the food you just ate because your kidneys can only handle so much sodium before it's overloaded, the rest of the sodium gets stored in your bloodstream, the salt draws water into your blood which is a double whammy on your blood pressure.

Nothing you just said is accurate or in context.

i never did keto, but i started to eat 1 pound steak/day. i did this for 2 days and then got really worried because i couldnt shit anymore. immediately stopped and it took, I SHIT YOU NOT, 3 weeks until i could have a proper shit again, despite eating lots of fiber and taking some medicine. only shit water and really tiny stool after pressing my life out lmao. i literally thought i was gonna die of my organs going to burst if it kept going like this.
fortunately it turned out well after almost a month, im never gonna eat that much steak again.

Poop is mostly water with some bacterial biomass, protein and carbs and fat. Even if a lot of the protein you eat gets turned into muscles or other tissues or burned for energy, your body usually won't be able to use all of it, and the unused bits get turned into shit.

I wouldnt say theres much in practical terms that supports the idea.

you are just less likely to have bad gut reactions when almost all of the dangerous additives would be found in high carb or potentially dairy sweets at worst
and the only thing else i can think of is dietary fiber required which is usually met with a single apple a day and should be a non-problem to anyone who eat potatoes.

the indifferences are just way too slim which leads me to feel quite certain about these theories come from militant vegans with an agenda,
because if you tried it as an omnivore then you would simply have less bad stools from inevitably eliminating ultra processed slops with additives taht are dangerous to the gut biome.

>apple
>potatoes
>carnivore diet
Why are tripfags always retarded?

read all the words and it becomes easier for a vegan brain to absorb the knowledge im sharing about gut health.

you are simply more likely to go to bathrooms for unnatural reasons on a diet with additives involved in your diet that directly conflicts with the gut biome.
