anything after 24 hours becomes incredibly taxing on your body if you have no mineral intake. the mineral intake helps regulate everything else happening in your body, relieves cramping, protects against brain fog, fatigue, etc etc because your body's primary way to stay hydrated comes from the minerals you take in through food daily. when you become dehydrated, you get all those symptoms.

Just do qi-gong, retard. If you really want focus and energy breathing exercises are 100 times more effective than anything else you'll find and they only take like 10 minutes a day to get results. Breathing exercises are what all those monks that fast for days do, they don't just go out and not eat.

Just look up a qi-gong beginner routine on youtube, try it, and if the guy is insufferable and / or the routine isn't working for you find a new one, should be able to just do a 10-minute beginner routine for what you want.
