Are isolations for mass and strength worth any time doing or will heavy compounds get me similar results?

Front raises and bicep curls seem useless until you have to wrestle someone or lift awkwardly shaped shit. The 7 primal movements (inb4 liver king nonsense, these far pre-date him) are your big compound movement patterns that you'll use to test your strength but they're not the only useful movement patterns
