-Incline bench 3x12
-Skullcrushers 3x12
Pull:
-Weighted pullups 4x5, then 1xF no weight
-BB upright rows 3x12
-Curl 3x12
Legs:
-Squat 5x5
-Leg press 3x12
-Hamstring curl 3x12

I want to get off the PPL ride but I honestly don't think I can keep up with the intense workout days of UL or full body training.

T/R/Sa: Pull (Pendlay Rows, Weighted Pull ups)
Su: Rest if I need it, otherwise Core + Grip accessory work

Walk 15k steps a day, usually a long hike on the weekend.

Leg 1 DL heavy. RDL reps. Leg press reps. Spam left extension and seated left curl and calf raise

Push bench heavy, db inclined reps, shoulder press reps, db lateral raise reps, rope pushdown spam, spam pec exercise

Rest spin class or something

Pull barbell row heavy, lat pulldown reps, one arm db row reps, hammer curl reps spam face pulls spam seated cable row

Leg 2 barbell squat heavy, good mornings reps, goblet squats reps, spam lunges, spam back extension

Arms 8 sets each bicep tricep forearms

I've been doing stronglifts for a month, enjoying it so far. I ran starting strength about 8 years ago and then just fucked around with bodyweight and running since then. Weights are starting to feel heavy but the plan is to keep running this until at least the new year.
