I started working out back in late august (29yo) and since I quite literally do nothing labor wise for work or recreation I'm at shitter child tier weights and exercise measurements for my workouts. My issue is my heart is pretty weak but even when I work out to the point of failure and press on a bit more it doesn't feel like I'm really putting any strain on my heart. I bench 25 lb on both sides of the bench and curl 15 lb. Then on my alternate day I either walk 3 miles in an hour or 6 in 30 minutes on a bike with some small resistance. My muscles feel like fucking jelly afterwards and sore the next day but I'm not sure what, if anything, I should feel for my heart. It doesn't burn or anything of the sort and I don't pass out from oxygen issues or anything so I suppose it is giving me enough.tl;dr I'm retarded how do I know when I'm actually working out my heart?
dumb thread
>>75478166I stopped doing cardio 3 years ago in hopes of an earlier death.
>>75478481I tried that for 20 years, didn't work unfortunately. I have been heartrate maxxing since i got double vaxxed and boosted, but that hasn't worked either.
Run 4 miles every 4 hours for at least 48 hours
