actually seriously good advice - u don't wanna lift anything because the tension on muscle belly is gone when u have lifted it

mine are slightly bent in hips but the movement is definitely upright row:
full internal shoulder rotation and full pronation of forearm - elbow goes as far as it can to the front and forearm is perpendicular to floor, keeping the tension on triceps (push db away from u with inside of your palm because forearm is fully pronated) move humerus roughly through parallel to floor
