Thoughts on Dr. Berg? Does he give based and redpilled health/nutrition advice, or is it all just a marketing ploy to sell his supplements?
>just bought vitamin k2 and magnesium because of his recommendation to ake with my vitamin D3
>no, not his brand which now pops up as an embedded video when searching for vitamins on Amazon
>>
((()))
>>
Any advice you can find on the internet, doesn't matter if good or bad, if supported by any science, research or on the level of voodoo shamanism, he will have it in his videos.
In other words, it might be a very helpful information like adding k2 and magnesium to you supplement stack (and frankly you are quite retarded if you needed Berg to tell you that, as absolutely every fitness guru talks about it), or might be an absolute garbage advice that will destroy your health.
>>
seems like he runs out of content and recycles a lot of information. He'll have a bunch of videos on the same subject.
>>
>>75478530
Berg, not burg, you fucking retarded cunt.
>>
>>75478527
He's not a doctor and not a nutritionist. Taking advice from him is like taking advice from any random fuck on the street.
>>
>>75478527
I don't take advice from chiropractors any more than I would take advice from some charlatan with a bucket and leeches.
>>
>>75478556
After 2020 I would rather trust a random fuck on the street than those psychopaths

Explain
>>
honestly he is pretty good, not perfect but i find him more useful than not. bad thing is he seems to do same shit over and over again kek
>>
>>75478906
overall all he does is read studies at end of the day, hes kinda just voice, like tv anchor etc
>>
>>75478906
>>75478910
overall id rate him as decent. would i buy his supplements? idk why not if they arent overpriced. and if they arent synthetic, but they may be
>>
>>75478626
Then why aren't you walking around pushing a cart full of empty Pepsi bottles and sleeping under an overpass like they are? Clearly, if they're more well-informed, they know what they're doing and they know something you don't.
>>
>>75479073
That's a rodiculous analogy. You can't into logic and arguing.
Any randon person who managed to read a single book on nutrition knows more about health than 99% of doctors.
And why can't they be doctors you may ask? Because there is licensing controlled by big pharma and not everyobe is a filthy sellout.

don't bother adressing any of the well-sourced claims he makes
just make a random, off-hand claim about da joos without pointing out why what he says is wrong

I didn't read past the first couple words because you spelled ridiculous wrong.

He is a worthless piece of shit and he knows it...

>Dr. Shekelberg
No thanks ketolard

How original
>>
>>75478527
> most blatant fucking fraud who's also a chiropractor regularly clickbaiting exploiting current threads
GEE I WONDER.
Fucking retard.
>>
>>75478527
He's both based and also shills a ton of products that nobody really needs.

I suppose he decided the best way to market things was to also spread truthful and helpful information.

You can tell he's based because he gets suppressed by globohomo algorithms.
>>
>He's a chiropractor
Why am I not surprised? Why are chiropractors such malignant scammer entitites? It is of my opinion this profession needs to be outlawed and its practitioners executed.
>>
>>75481126
He's not a scammer. He gives good advice and his products are probably fine.

Chiropractors probably get into giving nutrition advice because nutrition advice actually works.
>>
>>75478527
He is a Scientologist and his wife ratted him out to the ethics review board because she caught him watching porn.
>>
>>75478527
He gives ChatGPT health advice.
>>
>>75478527
He pushes keto too hard, it's not a cure for everything.

Outside of that his videos are generally informative

>Why are chiropractors such malignant scammer entitites?
Their field was founded by a guy who claimed he got it from the ghost of an actual doctor.
>>
>>75481324
ChatGPT is woke. Dr Berg gives based health advice that makes wokies cry.
>>
>>75478527
Scam artist influencer who constantly spouts incorrect nonsense wrapped around obvious truths to trick retards like /fit/. Many such cases.
>>
>>75478527
Gives people a ton of opportunities to consider and improve aspects of their health that their doctor shrugs and wants to give them a pill for.

He's not 100% right but he's one of the good ones.
>>
>>75478527
Any professional who gives advice alongside shilling products should not be receiving any of your attention. A doctor/nutritionist who is hawking supplements is a conman. Just like Donald trump using his presidency to advertise his bibles and apparel and meme coins. Learn to spot con men when you see them, retard
>>
>>75478527
he's a retard.
>>
he's a scientology fag who caters towards retards and selling his supplements to them.
>>
>>75480052
>decades
Modern day Jew memes have only existed for like 10-15 years and people only started hating Jews last year.
