Think about your body as a reflection of where you spend your time - if 90% of that is seated or laying down, you'll look like it. When you pull your phone out of your pocket, that "lift and flip" motion often comes up as like 20-40km/h for a third of a second. I wish strava would be less retarded and spot that for a combined total of like 49 seconds the data is obviously bad and sanitize it, but they're too busy adding tranny themed heatmaps and begging you to pay them for pro (not really encouraging me desu)
