How do you keep track of progress?
>>75480671i use my eyes
Spreadsheet
>>75480693But how do you keep track of everything while in the gym? Surely you're not editing spreadsheets in between workouts
with my memory gains
>>75480698I rest for five minutes between sets, that's usually long enough for me to type how many reps I did in my notes app
on a piece of paper. After I finish these workouts, I take a rest day, then I write my routine down for the next 3 days. it's worked well for me so far.
>>75480671I use google sheets through phone app. Have all my lifts listed out for each session/week, just have to type in weight, sets and reps. Takes 10 seconds while resting between sets.I usually work in eight week blocks, then one week off and one week of half volume. So each block is on a separate worksheet.

>>75480671if u use a little file to keep track of ur 165lbs bench you're a faggotonly pencilneck queers track their shit like that
>>75480740Shit take
>>75480740>only pencilneck queers track their shit like thatI disagree, anon
>>75480671Why would I need to track progress
>>75480750So you can continue to progressively overload, and identify if you are stalling on something. I guess if you have a good memory it's not necessary. I have a shit memory and forget what exactly I did the previous session half the time, so if i can't look back I'll just flounder.
