No you fucking don't. Stop being retarded and use powder & supplements. I can get 200g of protein in 800 calories, not that you need that much.

Not that fucking much and your body will use fat for that during recovery. Eat a normal fucking diet, hit your protein macro, maintain a 500kcal deficit until you hit 10-15% and stay in that range. No bulk, no cut.
