You maximize muscle growth by doing the workouts you're able to do, and staying consistent. Lifting is about perspective really. Yeah there might be a scientifically better workout but you gotta to do the workout you can actually do you know what I mean. You gotta find the perspective that keeps you going in life dude. If the motivation comes from a positive place a negative place, that's up to you. You just gotta force yourself to do stuff. I told myself I didn't want to die a sick person you know what I mean and that's where my motivation comes from.
