It honestly works. I had a HS buddy who took up choreography ehen he went off to college because of his GF. He found he really liked it. Looked like a doughy chirub when he left.
Transfers back to town a year later and he's thin and fit. Legitimately didn't recognize him at first. He's now done choreo full time for almost 15 years and is cut out of marble. Fitter then me (19 years military), eats about 5k Cal a day to keep his weight.
