If I need 180g of protein to recover my muscles from working out then would I need double to recover if I hit two muscle groups that day?

unironically you need more protein if you work many muscles, especially big ones like legs. thats the reason why i never train legs, i dont want them to steal protein synthesis from my upper body recovery
>>
It's even more than that because of the complexity added when the body has to coordinate between muscle groups to send protein to. Protein needs grow quadramatically instead of linerarly, when you double the amount of muscles you need 4 times the proteins instead of 2 times.

The top limit for protein intake per day is 1.7g/lb of lean body mass per day. So for you being
>5'3"
>280lb
>50% bodyfat
Around 240g of protein per day would completely max out your gains in terms of protein intake

Yes. 250g at least

You think you are trolling but you are speaking the truth. Many such cases!
