When should I eat so that my sleep schedule isn't so fucked up? I eat 3 meals a day and I tend to wake up in the middle of the night (4 hours after falling asleep more or less) and I feel like I have to take a shit. The fecal matter also presses on my prostate gland, so I wake up with a boner and sometimes I cum in my sleep and wake up dirty and smelly. Not to mention the need to urinate. I can't sleep and it fucks with me so much, how should I eat to avoid all these problems?
