Can you replace leg day with just cycling and walking with a heavy backpack ?
>>75482494I've gotten my legs up to about 28" circumference without any leg lifting, but some body-weight squats and lots of cardio.
>>75482494You can do anything you want buddy
>>75482497>no pic with timestampsure buddy>>75482494do whatever you want; no one cares
If it's a heavy mountain bike and you do uphill sprints on it, then sure.
>>75482494>cycling and walking with a heavy backpackwhy is it that leg day and it's replacement requires bending over, what causes this phenomenon?are u maybe little sodomite? and where did u get this le funny pepe, and why did u use it?
>>75482494If you're just lifting for looks, yeah. I like to get some heavy work in for general strength.
>>75482494Yeah, legs are mostly designed for endurance and respond to it well.
>>75482879I'll add that it'll also take you way longer. You can do 1 set 5 reps and be done, doing that consistently will get you good myofibrillar gains. Or do 1,000 reps for an hour of cycling and get endurance results but it takes a long ass time, makes you feel like shit, and doesn't add as many myofibrils.
>>75482494>Can you replace leg day with just cycling and walking with a heavy backpack ?FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUOF FOOKING COURSE YOU CANYOU DONT HAVE TO FUCKING LIFT WEIGHTSWHO THINKS LIKE THIS
>>75482494Can OP stop being a little bitch and do his barbell squats and lunges?
