I'm learning hunting and trapping, as well as preserving. I might just buy a giant ass freezer and haul it into the woods to preserve food. I'm going to save up 10000$ and spend it all on food to stash, and also find a place with good hunting and foraging, thinking North Carolina because it's free of a lot of natural disaster areas, or maybe Maine or maybe Alaska.
First I'm thinking of studying with Tibetan monks to learn how to breath in cold weather like Wimm Hoff.

Maybe it's time to make an infographic for this already. 2/3/4/5 is not a goal. It is not balanced and everyone will hit the 2pl8 OHP long after they've hit the other lifts. You'll have added more plates to those other ones already, probably. Adding 40kg to a 60kg OHP is clearly more difficult than adding 40kg to a 180kg deadlift.

1/2/3/4 does work, because an healthy adult male will hit all of those around the same time give or take a month or two. If you've already hit this milestone, then you should have realized that 2/3/4/5 is nonsense.

I can do all of those things except the pistol squats, and I am 54. My knees do not like doing pistols anymore but I have done them. Maintaining this as you age is not all that difficult, especially if you did not tear your knees up.
