>3AM watching youtube shorts>youtuber says magnesium helps with fatigue>fuck it, order it off amazon>few days later>pop a few pills>3 hours go by>suddenly feeling happier and smiling more. brush it off as a placebo >have a tiny bit more energy rest of the day>"guess it must be working, doesn't do much, another garbage supplement">go to bed>have the best sleep of my life>"wtf why do I feel so good?">continue taking magnesium for the rest of the week>suddenly depression is completely gone>sleep quality massively improved>feel so much stronger working out and can go longer>have so much energy throughout the day, never get tired at all>stress is melting away>feel confident as fuck>feel smart as fuck>feel more creative>brain fog gone >haven't had any pain or headaches >acne clearing up>lost 2 lbs >can concentrate longer>communicating more with family>even they notice I'm more happy and confident guys, what in the absolute fuck is this shit. what is going on here? I think I accidently stumbled upon a miracle pill. Why don't I ever hear anyone talking about this??? I feel like I've tried nearly every popular supplement on the market. I have so many fucking vitamins and I've never noticed any improvements before, but the second I take this I feel like a fucking god. Why does the media promote shit like Vitamin D but not this?GUYSWHAT IS GOING ON?? WHY ARE WE NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS????
>>75582809magnesium is a fucking electrolyte dumbass.you have a deficiency and now your levels are normal and you feel better.
you were deficientnow you're notinstead of shoving a pill up your ass, just eat fruit and chocolateRDI is overblown anyway
>>75582809
Retard. Half of what you experienced is placebo, the other is because you had a magnesium deficiency. Do some bloodwork and run it by a doc to see if you need to do anything else.
>>75582922>eat chocolatenot bio available youve exposed yourself as a moron
>>75582823Mhmm,, but I eat a pretty healthy diet though? Like I eat probably the average american diet, it's not the greatest, but I still get chicken and some vegetables in there. Plus I drink lots of gatorade so I don't think I'm low in electrolytes
>>75582929That's a good idea, I'd like to make sure I'm not low in anything else... Does a blood test find those kinds of things? Will it tell me what vitamins or minerals I need to take?
>>75582924Yes I do, cracka
>>75582972how many do you eat?
>>75582972There's several electrolytes Gatorade has just potassium and sodium and not much potassium because the amount you can have in it is heavily capped by the fda. Magnesium and calcium are not in Gatorade nor can just just be substituted with just potassium and sodium because they have more roles to fill. The human body is a weird machine that will will find a ton of differnt uses for the same particles. Also US food is kind of notorious for having much worse mineral and nutrient profiles than say your generic chronometer listing because we buy cheap. Which means producers use gmos to make things that bind more water or will grow in more depleted soil and that just leads to worse nutrition down the line.
>>75582972gatorade doesn't have magnesium in it.
>>75582809I don't notice much from magnesium, it's probably a you thing.what type of magnesium?
>>75582809yes. zma is one of the only supplements ill actually take and recommend. i almost immediately started getting better sleep once i started taking it and would get stronger boners too.
>>75582809Wait until you hear about potassium.
>>75582809its called placeboit mostly works on low IQ individuals
Do you recommend taking it in the morning or in the evening?
>>75583071I had prickly pear the other day and the only way I could see eating those things is pulverizing them and straining the pulp into a juice or sorbet, or removing the seeds and cooking it into a syrup. I thought pomegranates were a pain in the ass to eat, but that was 95% effort with 5% reward.>>75583130Pic related.
>>75582972>Like I eat probably the average american diet>a pretty healthy diet
>>75582972The micro amount in vegetables and meat is literally 1/3rd the amount that is stated on nutritional labels due to overharvesting.Plants are being given the bare minimum to just yield fruit or grow, not thrive. If they aren't thriving, you are not thriving.
>>75582809what kind of magnesium did you order? citrate? bisglycinate?
>>75582809Post pic of the bottle?
>>75582809you were just lacking Mg, not that it's a magic fix for everyone. retard.
>>75582809I WANT THAT SHIT NIGGAoh wait, I already have a bottle. Magnesium Glycinatehaven't noticed any effects so far on my daily routine
