I've been on the BBB program for about 6 months now, I think I've been lifting for 7 months. I was having great progress on everything and recently hit: 140 OHP, 225 Bench, 300 Squat, 315 Deadlift.But every since my last max week whenever I squat I just feel lethargic. After that make those big complex (multi joint/muscle) lifts the base of your routine. Add in your vanity/assistance lifts after that.
