Do you ever watch other people exercise? Just to see their routine or if you should do the exercises they do?

For example if I'm watching a buff guy do some weird incline cable fly but he has massive juicy pecs, I might consider doing the same pec flys since they obviously work

I love when I see other people adopting the less common exercises I do. I'm not exactly huge but I'm one of the biggest guys at my YMCA (lol). I saw a few people doing behind the back barbell wrist curls the other day.

Everything actually works. There are people with all kinds of gains who train polar opposite to each other. Whether thats 2x a week, 7x a week, heavy weight, low eight, high rep, low rep, it all works almost equally. Maybe something can theoretically be 1-2% better but it's irrelevant. The visible difference is pre-determined by your genetics and/or steroid usage.
