I worked my fucking ass of in the last 5 years and I doubt it was worth it. There is a ceiling that is simply impossible to break natty without having lifting be your fucking full time job.

Pic related is about as far as you can go natty unless you have 1% genetics. People unfamiliar with fitness can't even tell if you lift.

Getting huge is a giant puzzle and your life is most of the pieces you have to put together

Most dudes who end up where you are refused to run an LP program as a noob
They often refused to hit all the compounds heavy at volume every 3 days as intermediate
They kept drinking alcohol and refusing to do cardio
They ate nowhere near enough real food and didn't control their cortisol
They refused to increase heavy volume when they were stalling on gains

It's logically not that difficult, but you have to both problem solve AND carry out your tests to get to where you can overcome

I'm 6'4", so it's harder for muscle to show, andI work out 9-10x monthly for 30 minute sessions and look 5x better than that picture. Gear is only for people who are competing or who are so insecure they're willing to sacrifice any potential benefits that weightlifting would comfer in order to temporarily look good. I guarantee that even if you do train enough to look world class on gear the bad skin, moodiness, and broken pens would ensure no quality woman would ever consider you

I came to the same conclusion.
Spent 3 years nattycucking, got really sick, almost died, spent most of the year sick/in a hospital, lost all my gains, spend 14 months getting my gains back, figured what's the point?
Hopped on gear, blasting and cruising basic test 4-5 months on/off, bloodwork and BP still good (although I also eat healthy and do my cardio which probably helps).
I honestly don't care if I could get what I'm looking at naturally, or if there are people who could do better naturally, or about any other of that shit, all I care about the fact that I have more drive, I recover faster, I have more energy all around even when sleep-deprived/stressed and that I'm basically not wasting my time.

Also some thoughts on my journey so far:
* Pinning is not as bad as people make it out to be once you get over the mental hurdle, and your tissues get used to it so you don't really feel PIPs after either, the only ass thing about it is if you sometimes nick a vein and get a bruise.
* What sucks is that you need to figure out how to dial in your AIs, different people aromatize/react to different levels of E2 differently, and getting it dialed in makes the difference between steroids making you feel like shit and them making you feel all around good.
* It's relatively cheap for the basics, $15 gets me 4 months worth of Test, another $20 or so gets me 12 months worth of alcohol wipes/syringes/needles BUT running Aromasin for E2 is the expensive part.
* If you are below natty limit, you can retain most of the strength gains when coming off, I'd usually just drop a few reps here and there and then maintain the same strength for another 3-4 weeks before making gains again without blasting.

What are all the compounds according to you? And what is "at volume" because I can easily hit it so hard that I'm not even moving my arms 3 days later. I'd love to lift like that so I'm asking for details.
Also how does one control their cortisol?
