Primary focus should be to preserve your brain.
For that:
Aerobic exercises.
Cardio.
Keep free radicals low
Try to slow down your metabolism (can be achieved by fasting and the such)

Avoid hormonal deficiencies:
For women that means maintaining their e levels high even after menopause. The connection between cognitive decline and absence of sexual hormones is established (dementia)
For men it has not yet been linked (less research) however it is a fact that men with lower T levels have higher risk of dementia.
There's likely a time window for the action of these substances.
Besides that, NAC is indeed promising, but also a vast array of other substances.
Ultimately one may try to sum them all up together, however you'll never be 100% sure which one helped and which one didn't.

You can improve lots of "hallmarks" of aging without affecting aging at all, a hallmark of aging is having gray/white hair - that doesn't mean dyeing your hair black will make you a lot younger. Yup okay, here I go. I'm almost 50, and until I started giving a shit about all of this about 6 months ago, I spent my life being very sedentary, eating whatever and never doing any sport, workout, and barely walking.
Since then, I've been on a mild calorie deficit, high protein whole food diet, work out 3x a week, walk mostly every day, lost 40lbs, reached a healthy BMI level, brought my basic biomarkers within range, and of course, I'm taking a shitload of supplements.
They include:
- the entire BluePrint stack. Yes, I fell for Bryan Johnson's disarming mormonic ways. - Omega-3 (was 1g, bumped to 4g)
- Vitamin D (5000 IU on top of 2400 IU in BP, so like, a lot.)
- ZMA (zinc, magnesium, B6)
- Melatonin 300mcg
- TMG (2g)
- Acetyl L-Carnitine (1g)
- Lions Mane (2g)
- Gotu kola & Pycnogenol (might be a meme)
Also some powders for good measure:
- Collagen Peptides (20g)
- Creative (5g + 2.5g in BP)
- Taurine (6g + 1.5g in BP

Prescription wise, I used to take a blood pressure pill, but losing weight made that unnecessary.
I take 1mg of finasteride a day, 10 months a year (taking 2 months off/year to donate blood.)
I also use topic minox foam twice a day.

My diet is loaded in "good fats" from nuts, avocado, EVOO and fishies, along with fresh berries, whole fruits. Most meals consist of cruciferous veggies + lean protein.

What's next? More dubious supplements I imagine, as I'll frantically google everything you guys are listing looking for the next best thing.
But also, possibly, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, because we live in the future and stuff.

If you want to die, I can't really convince you to take medications. I know SSRI aren't exactly great for men and wellbutrin is a mixed bag. To give you an example of what convinced me to take medication. I used to be balding and was very depressed about that fact. Not to downplay your effort here but what is the reason behind this?

The physiological state of the immune system is to hold a balance between too many clot formations (thrombosis) and not too much fibrinolysis (preventing or cleaving clots). The problem with liver diseases is that the liver is responsible for synthesizing the factors for both ends of the spectrum.
So supplementing with Nattokinase might shift the balance towards a state that might do more harm to you than good.
But then again, I don't know your tendencies towards blood clots or hemorrhages in form of petechiae for example.

All the "sleep-inducing" drugs basically suck to one degree or another. Picrel trazodone for example woke me after an hour tripping balls and I eventually figured out why and discontinued it. Ambien wasn't much better, but I didn't see any walrus. The Lunesta moth can fly away cuz shit just didn't work. All benzos work slightly in the short term, but there is a risk of seizures and dependence with continued use. Seroquel is a titty grower. 3-6mg of melatonin and 25mg of diphenhydramine are decent enough for occasional use. Magnesium, Glycine, L-theanine and valerian all have some marginal efficacy in inducing sleep, but nothing great.

Iodine and methylene blue both consistently reduce my sleep requirements by about 1.5 hours when combined at 1mg and 5mg respectively.

Yeah, this is super relevant to my interests. See picrel for what came out of my first DEXA scan.
I'm going Monday for another, and then next month at a real medical facility for yet another one (the previous scans are taken in a van, which is cheap, and quick, while the medical facility is making me wait almost two months, but the results will presumably be medically meaningful, or at least taken seriously by my friendly neighborhood PCP.)
What's annoying about this is that I'm taking a whole lot of supplements that should help with this.
