Here's the deal; you can't squat 315.

I know, I know. You're training for "aesthetics." Problem is, you don't look good. You're also retarded. You think that doing some sets of 12 with 25 pound dumbbells is going to improve your body? Not happening.

The sooner you face reality, the sooner you can start getting somewhere with your training. Instead of following trendy programs, stick to what works. That's 3 sets of 5 reps, three times a week.

You may think you know more than Mark Rippetoe, but the reality is you don't. I've been doing Starting Strength for four months now. The results speak for themselves.

Feel free to cope, but you know I'm right.
