>>
>>75608073
I do because that's way too light for me. I need at least 50kg

lay off the onions and maybe you'll toughen up a little.
>>
can you get swole with only a kettlebell?
>>
>>75608073
>kg
This is meaningless to me. I don't know how much a kg is. I use lb.
>>
how do kettlebells compare to traditional strength training methods?
>>
>>75608073
i have 2 16kg and 2 24kg kettlebells for years now.

and yes. sometimes i wish i had 2 32kg.

>>75608434
not swole. but fit.
>>
>>75608443
I'm sorry, but you're never gonna make it with that attitude.

They're something that trains your entire body + trains cardio while spending 10% of the effort, money and time by doing it from home.
Of course if you wanna spend 10x more time, money and effort and go to the gym to train with a barbell you'll get better results when it comes to getting swole.

Kettlebells are basically the opposite of what the fitness industry is today: no overcomplication bullshit to sell you shit you don't need. Just get one and train every day.
When it comes to ROI they are the absolute best. Lowest effort, greatest reward tool there is to get fit in the smallest amount of time.

Plenty of normal people, many fatsos, posting their transformations using one kettlebell on YouTube. Amazing to see.
>>
I'm gonna get one, what weight should I use?
>>
>>75611618
half what you rep for OThe Press™
>>
First time I did kettlebell swings with a 50lbs one I nearly flung myself across the room like a cartoon character.
>>
>>75611661
wow strong hips
>>
>>75611661
I need a kettlebell that has innate cartoon sounds when the gyro inside turns
>>
>>75608750
it's basically an out dated dumbbell and the wowie look at me I swing x100 :D is good busy work for people that either have no interesting in real lifting or is retarded enough to fall for fads like the first replier
>>
File: deep.webm (3.99 MB, 720x1280)

What I need is hidden reserves of willpower.
>>

>I swing x100 :D
it's good cardio if you live in ze pod and want to swing ze pood
>>
>>75611680
disappointed it didn't come out her butt
>>
>>75611689
yes I don't deny it's good cardio and I actually read the post the other post and he did point out what I said, but the x10 effort is pure bullshit.
x3 a week on the most basic ass full body program with barbells/DBs will get you much more gains than swinging a barbell for years
>>
>>75611708
>swinging a barbell
*kettlebell
looks like I lost
>>
>>75608073
Probably can do a lot with that, but I grew out of my 2 x 24 kg kettlebells and got 2 x 32 kg kettlebells.

You also need a pullup bar and dip station.
>>
>>75611708
You still need progressive overload with kettlebells to really progress. Also, the kettlebell basic movements give you the most. A barbell is king when it comes to hypertrophy but it's not a bad conditioning tool.
>>
>>75608073
>snatch
>clean and jerk
LEWD!
>>
>>75608073
Finally figured out the corkscrew snatch technique. So much better.
>>
>>75608750
>how do kettlebells compare to traditional strength training methods?
you can use ketltebelles for anything you'd use a dumbbell for, but you'd probably want a pair of adjustables for that rather than get a bunch of fixed weights.
Kettlebell and club specific ballistic movements primarily train endurance. Power production. Cardio and core antiflexion/antirotation (snatches)

>>75611853
I gave ur mom a Turkish getup the other day
>>
>>75608073
Yeah I need 32kg for one hand swings
