What happens if you do the carnivore diet but all dairy? An all dairy diet isn’t ketogenic so would it be completely different or like a nonketosis carnivore? Would there still be benefits?

dairy especially greek yogurt, kefir, and raw dairy is good as a snack but lacks every nutrient besides calcium, which is useful for binding to excess oxalates and heavy metals.

food variety is useful, eggs have the most variety of nutrients even stuff muscle meat doesn't have like choline, leucine, lutein and zeaxanthin, very high k2, only 1 egg a day has shown to improve eye health substantially. 1 pasture raised egg gives you 70-150mcg k2, 200% rda. K2 is rare in most foods, it transports calcium from the body to bones, so teeth plaque is removed, calcium in joints/muscles, & potentially arterial plaque (same type as tooth plaque). if you take d3 or get alot of d3, that causes build up of calcium in the blood which can lead to calcification of arteries, so many now recommend supplementing with k2 with d3 to transport and prevent calcification.

Fish has a variety of micros & omega 3s which reduce inflammation, heart attacks, aging and poor health. raw olives, avocado, walnuts, pecans have healthy omega 6 and high antioxidants, these do not cause an imbalance the body, whole food regulates excess omegas better than processed, shown in this guys video, supposedly eats far more walnuts than fish and still has a 1:1 ratio.
