Has anyone here gotten jacked from Jeff Nippard's teachings? How good is his advice for naturals?

Jeff gives pretty good advice. Would recommend watching other YouTubers as well that are natural bodybuilding channels, a lot of Jeff's advice is targeted towards beginners. Check out Natural Hypertrophy, Alex Leonidas, Basement Bodybuilding, and Geoffry Verity Schofield

I don’t understand watching videos to learn how to lift weights. I just figure it out for myself, try this and that and go by feel.

I like his exercise rankings. In my experience they are accurate.

I was 363lbs.
Got down to 270lbs until I realized that my problems weren't just that I am fat but that I have extreme inhibition.
I got to 1/2/3/5 in less than six months, following mainly Nippard, Shreve (very underrated), Ethier, Humiston and "Living is killing your gains" dude.
