Thankfully I'm not addicted to any drugs and I haven't succumbed to TikTok brainrot, bc I don't use it. But YouTube, oh boy YouTube is my Achilles heel. I am afraid of leaving YouTube. It's hard for me to imagine living a life where books and pdfs are my only sources of info. I dont know if YouTube has any affect on a person's psyche and bodily functions in a negative way.

it can be good or it can be bad
for example my buddy uses youtube productively and has studied a bunch about stocks on finance there, like a lot, since he was 15 and now has a strong stock portfolio and grasp of investing, now me for contrast, i have wasted 1000s of hours of my youth on youtube lol
depends mostly on you, its an unpreceded great linrary of knowledge but also an addictive drug like experience
