Hopefully not. I just started taking 5mg creatine monohydrate less than a week, pure no added bullshit. Only one way to find out.

My theory is that people who experience hair loss after creatine is that they train harder. They also take branded creatine with like caffeine or additional flavour. So far I drank a lot more water than before on day 1 which a side effect of creatine intake.
