Basically it's a surf 'n turf elimination diet for when you can't eat much, like after a virus:

1. white rice with sea salt
2. pressure-cooked bell pepper juice for vit c, folate etc without fermentable fiber
3. beef
3. scallops (for satiety to eat less if gut needs rest)

That'll keep you reasonably focused while you figure out how to recover.

The concept:

The Aquatic Ape Diet minimizes gut irritants by mimicking man's littoral ancestral diet, as ancient shell middens attest. (Wo)man is the wading animal, as Japanese ama divers attest. Meanwhile man is a distance-running savanna spear-chucker, hunting large fatty game. Thus humans prefer both fish and red meat, starch and fat, fruit and vegetables.

This elimination diet is meant to be the last resort before medical intervention. Few people will need to go to such extremes, except perhaps when recovering from a flu. However it's helpful to know what the minimum viable diet is, so you know how to cut back without sacrificing acuity.

Elimination diets are for illness recovery, not lifting.

>no vicious mockery
is this thing on?

>I. Food allergies

The stereotypical food allergy is dramatic anaphylactic shock, for example from peanuts. However food allergies are usually a much milder immune response. They are easy to detect since the onset is usually quick, from two minutes to two hours.

For mild allergies, one way to confirm them is to eat a small amount of the suspect ingredient. The small portion size will not trigger gut movement, isolating the test to just what you ate most recently. Fast for 2 hours before and after to isolate causation.

Obviously a skin prick test is less risky than ingestion. You can DIY it:

>II. Experimental method

Experimentation by ingestion is a slow process. As a rule of thumb, you should change a variable at most once per day or once per three dumps, whichever takes longer.

An elimination diet is useful when other medical diagnostics fail. An elimination diet should provide minimum nutrition and maximum comfort, to avoid cheating despite low willpower sapped by illness. There are always more treatments to try than digestive cycles to test them properly, so an elimination diet helps to diagnose and prioritize.

I made this a few times. The chicken meatballs weren't great, you get better texture by just adding shredded chicken. Otherwise really good simply meal.

You gotta live the lifestyle and not just eat similar foods
