>head to gym>squat racks occupied by a landwhale and her tooth pick boyfriend>toothpick is struggling with 1pl8x5, landwhale is quarter squating with just the bar>ask them if I could take one or work inbetween them>"umm no sorry haha">just pick up a 20kg plate and do some pistol squats >wake up next day>legs and glutes are sore for the first time in monthsman these are so based thinking of alternating them with barbell squats and trying push the numbers up as high as possible
>not working up a crocodile tear and going to the staff about the two meanies not letting you liftyou DO have a raport with the gym staff anon?
>>75613451no i have autism and can't look anyone in the eyes
>>75613463even better, abuse the fuck out of the pity people give you
>>75613444>"umm no sorry haha"I would unironically beat that guy if he said that to me
>>75613444First of all, my special-snowflake preference is front squats. I can't quite get my arms high enough, so the bar tries to roll down. I do 3x3, for 135. Second of all, I can never seem to get get my knee to track correctly on the way down for pistol squats.
>>75613444>land whale and her toothpick boyfriend
>goes to gym with a single rackngmi
>>75613607they were using one rack each>>75613563lmao >>75613557you might find it easier to do front squats like this hurts like fuck ime but you get used to it>>75613501nah I'm the kind of autistic where people think I'm a school shooter, not a retard-chad
>>75613563Why do schizos say that plapjak is trying to normalize sleeping with fatties when it's making fun of people who do so?
>>75613622I want to learn the normal form. Your pic related feels like opposite grip on deadlifts - a bit inbalanced AND I find the bar wants to roll more. Also, pro-tip for pistol squats (not for you, for others):1. Squat down like normal, but with legs closer together.2. Lift one leg.3. Push up. The up part is much easier, the issue for most people is going down correctly and balancing. Also, shrimpies ftw, especially if you are going to half ass and go to parallel anyway.
>hate freestanding pistols>like them with support from ringsAll it took was support from a few fingers so that I don't have to wobble and balance around like a tard.
