>brain fog starting to clear up>no longer coughing up tons of mucus>breathing feels easier than it ever has>tremors have subsided>can actually focus at work now>running stamina practically doubled overnightI can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel but even more than a month out... All I can think about is that stupid fucking vape and how badly I want another. Has anyone here quit successfully?
I should note that In the past 2.5 years I have tried to quit several dozen times already. Have never made it more than 4 days at a time before relapsing though. So 38 is by far the furthest I have ever made it and I never plan on going back.
>>75613465Nicotine isn't even addictive. I've had a much harder time dropping alcohol than smokes. I've smoked on and off throughout my life it literally makes no difference to me whether or not I have it. It probably has to do with cholinergic effects. Those who are already highly cholinergic probably wouldn't feel much of a difference being off nicotine. Their levels rebound quickly. Alcohol tho being gabaergic, they probably have low GABA to start and need alcohol to feel normal.
