Older than you. Hit a PR yesterday.

My progress "stopped" 5 years ago when I was doing 3x8. Went up a plate on all major lifts this year actually being on programs, e.g.:

https://liftvault.com/programs/12-week-programs/12-week-bench-press-programs/brad-gillingham-12-week-bench-program/

Note that the above takes 3 months for a +10lb on bench, but it will give you that +10 natty.

are you feeling fatigued anon?

Maybe try taking a week off.
Don't be scared, if you're fairly active and don't bed rot all day, muscle shouldn't start to disappear until 2-3 weeks. Unless you're eating at a very high deficit.

3 months for a +10 is ridiculous, gains come fast and hard between plateaus if you're natty
