What
>>

incline bench does everything there is no need to really ohp or flat bench
>>
>>75613527
But at which degree?

Been doing 15 degrees lately but sometimes do 30 degrees
>>
>>75613538
30 should be better imo

they're fun though

Incline is gay.
Flat bench giga arched to comp rules to move the most weight (makes OP furiously mad).
Weighted tri. dips with the most pristine form, makes OP mad because everybody cheats dips.
Overhead press for max weight while not turning it into a standing incline, again makes OP mad because it's more than he inclines.
Simple as. Kike Israetel talks about stimulus to fatigue ratios; enlightened lifters care about seethe to fatigue ratios.

I love incline at 15 degrees but 30 degrees is a little better. Other based exercises include close grip underhand lat pulldown and RDLs

bro im just trying to spend as little time at gym as possible with least missout on gains. lifting on top of manual labor manual labor job sucks, but so does not being ripped. giving too much to gym will keep me in site forever

>manual labor manual labor
Do half as much manual Labor and you'll be right
>>
>>75614605
kek i would if i could dont u think bro
>>
>>75614178
yeah manual labor makes going to the gym 5+ days/week impossible. i do heavy leg/lower-back exercises only once a week and calisthenics twice a week. anything more is too much for me to recover from.
there are some benefits though, like big calves and forearms. and bulking is hard because you burn so many more calories than a sedentary person.

i go twice and thats it

yeah i do the calisthenics one day by itself and the other day with the deadlifts and sandbags, so only twice a week. i listed it separately though because i go to the calisthenics park on my day off. training outside is fun.
