The gym was closed by 5:30 (ran into my neighbor leaving and she informed me of this) but I got 8k more steps in by walking and jogging around in the snow and did some workouts on the outdoor equipment in my neighborhood. 50 push ups and 20 dips. My chest actually was on fire so I think it was a vigorous workout. And I made dinner (Salmon baked, mashed potatoes and roasted carrots) and am drinking a 50 cal alcohol free Budweiser 0 that tastes pretty close to the real thing. i don't track any food i just track caloriesand even those fall short of any accuracy because the body is a mysterious thing that will randomly burn more or less calories per day depending on what it (and you) are doing.

I don't want stats or anything, I want personal anecdotes from people who have been there and done that. I got my T checked when I was 280 pounds two years ago (I'm 5'10) and it was horrible at 231 ng/dl, and I want to know what I should expect if I'm able to get to a normal weight.
