Just buzz your body hair short with an electric razor if you feel the need to shave it, or finish with aftershave. It's bacteria that gets caught in the follicles that causes red bumps. It's a pain in the ass either way. Great fizeek btw

NTA but I use a facial trimmer without a guard like Philips OneBlade for my chest and shoulders and I also get acne all the same, although maybe trimming to 1-2mm would work but if you've got thick hair you can't really go for that clean look and imo getting rid of upper body hair makes your muscle pop out like 2x more than usual so it's kinda lame.

this is a difficult question to answer. conjugate definitely helped me and start lifting heavier, which probably got me more jacked. but the reason it's a difficult question to answer is that this is like a chicken vs egg thing. heavier lifts = more muscles = more jacked, but more muscle = heavier lifts. and I didn't really start seeing notable muscle gains until I started lifting 7 days a week. so while it definitely helped my strength, it didn't help shape my physique much. I started with 4 days a week of conjugate and although I got stronger, my physique didn't visibly change. when I added the 3 days of bodybuilding accessories on top of those 4 days of conjugate programming I started getting noticeably more jacked within only two months of doing that.

so my thought is that more volume is required for natural athletes and the only people who'll get a bodybuilder-type physique from conjugate are people on gear? maybe?

I started conjugate recently and definitely think it'll be great in the long run strength wise, but I only started cause I had a falling out with my last "coach," so I'm still a little lost.

Signed up for conjugate programming with a guy I follow on Instagram, and started doing the research. So far it's solid but I couldn't really tell how it'd help physique wise in the long run.

I went from 93kg to lowest weight 68kg
It was rough and absolutely fucked me up.
My bloods were tanked.
It took around 20 weeks to get lean lean.

My weight shot up like a rocket once i started eating new foods again, my body's metabolic rate was so tuned to run on so little food that it could not process the extra food i was eating.
