Never, ever, tell normies that you intentionally get a couple minutes of sunlight every day, they're total freaks about sun-phobia. I can't even sunburn unless I eat seed oils and carbs, without those two I just don't get inflamed. I have normal-high vit D levels (don't have the numbers here) and this behavior drives normies INSANE. I don't suntan for hours or intentionally get burned but I do sit in the sun for maybe 10, 15 minutes every day. Doesn't feel as good as sauna but feels pretty good.
A final one is I know at least two people in my circle of friends who had cardiovascular events after the vax. I did not take the vax but I don't talk about it after it gave my wife's best friend a stroke. She's mostly recovered now. But, yeah, a key to my health is not being vaxxxed.

There is a giant, pristine, olympic-sized pool very close to my city (like a thirty minute drive). I do this too, it's helped immensely.
Set a far away goal and work backwards. Real Examples:
Goal: I want to make $200k/year and not really interface with end users (I made this goal when I was a helpdesk cuck in 2007, fresh out of college)
Steps in between: earn sys admin certifications, switch jobs and become sys/network admin, pick a niche and focus on that, switch jobs become a junior engineer in networking or cybersecurity. Earn networking/cybersecurity certifications, switch jobs to place that pays for masters. Earn masters, switch jobs.
When I turned 38 I accepted my first job as a security architect that paid $200k including bonus.
Next step is another job switch and get $200k base. I just earned a 2nd graduate certificate from SANS and will be going on the market after a few more things are sorted in my personal life.

That particular goal was moved from passive (just work the job and get experience) to active (earn a certification which takes some time outside of work hours). Only take on one majorly time consuming active project/goal at a time. Running a marathon, or renovating a major house, or earning that work certification, or pursing an entrepreneurial idea, or you get the idea. Focus on it, own it, complete it, and move on. Early in life I made the mistake of spreading myself too thin across to many things at once.

Nearly anything within reason is possible, you just need to plan it and go after one major thing at a time, otherwise you will accomplish nothing.

Vocational: I'm in IT but I have a goal to switch to day trading. Been algo trading small money for years now in crypto but only big wins are just when the market goes into bull mode, not me being smart enough to day trade. It's about 5 years out when we will have enough money and kids will all be in elementary school that I can potentially go full time in it.

Physical: I played rugby in college. I've taken on archery in the last few years, the bar is incredibly low to become nationally competitive in the US. This also is about 5 years away to have enough time to compete.

Well, but is it success?

I have money and it doesn't make me happy, but it does makes it easier for me to do some things that make me happy. But those things could also be done with way less money, so my conclusion so far is that money doesn't matter that much. You just need enough money, and no that's not millions of dollars.

I can fuck chicks off tinder, but most times it isn't worth it. Most days I just want to rest properly and focus on the next day of training and work and hobbies instead of entertaining some empty headed whore for shitty sex.

Maybe recognition is the key for success then? I don't know. Ask famous people. It seems a lot of them can't handle recognition that well.
