I have started noticing that my right arm gets tired later than my left arm, despite having much less muscle, and that whenever I try to "flex" it, I barely feel any contracting tension on my bicep, but feel it on my shoulder and my tricep, and can also feel my scapula slightly stick out.
Is this normal? How to fix it, or what to do about it?

it is normal. everyone feels different body feelings and this is because your spine has sensory nodes that transmit to your brain. think about it. if everyone had perfect body feeling would that be what you have? no and this is because of the nervous system that does the transmitting. maybe think of your body as a hamster on a wheel. does the hamster get tired sometimes and get off of the wheel? yes and this is just like your arm. it just got off the hamster wheel. sometimes i cannot feel my rectum depositing feces into the toilet and this is because of my nervous system. i just shrug my shoulders and say oh well this is what happens when i poop now and i dont feel any pain. there is a certain feeling that comes with understanding how your body works and it can come from diagrams and textbooks. read and learn to understand that your body is a thing that exists with you and you have that to understand what you can do with muscles.

Muscle imbalance, probably close to your spine. I have the same problem, and I have to do all kinds of mobility work to unlock my fucked up shoulder. When I'm successful, I can feel muscles in the corresponding arm that feel like they've been asleep for years. Look up upper back and rotator cuff strengthening/lengthening exercises on youtube from channels like Squat University and KneesOverToesGuy. Try everything until you find something that works.

and no, u don't have to do it all the fucking time, once u roll it good once or twice it's gone, THEN fix the underlying issue: bad posture, bad postural muscle function, multifidus and such, hopelessly weak muscles that should hold u up straight and comfy

i am actually happy to find a knot in miofascia or sore tendon - that's useful information, always, means what u're doing is retarded and u need to reconsider, like i palpated the fuck out levator scapulae and the next day it was sore but the day after all of it was gone, there is nothing to massage anymore, so when u made the thread i remembered the other thread and grabbed an tenis sized ball and went ham on it
