I'll be a bro since finding good advice on imageboards is rare nowadays.

Those are stretchmarks.
To avoid them, moisturize your skin frequently where they (would) appear - usually around the hips, lower back, armpits and biceps. They may appear on other places as well but those are the usual culprits.

I successfully made them go from very noticeable (red/purple-ish) to barely noticeable (white/skin color) by applying a cream called Vitacid (that's what its called in my country) every 2 days if I recall correctly.
Try to find a similar cream and go to a dermatologist if you can afford.

Godspeed anon.
Spread love unlike these crabby fags.

rub vitamin E on it. muscle strain. stop doing whatever you're doing.

stretch marks don't fucking go away. you need to basically get them lasered. I have some from a growth spurt I had in my teens. I'm 30. I hate them.
>>
>>75710867
>I successfully made them go from very noticeable (red/purple-ish) to barely noticeable (white/skin color)
That's what they do by themselves kek, it's scar tissue.

I have a bunch of these on my arms, legs and armpits. Didn't do anything and they look like you describe.
>>
>>75710748
That's not true, I got stretch marks from lifting and I've never done steroids.
>>
>>75710876

if your skin is Fitzpatrick 4 or lighter, IPL works fine, those units run under $100.
>>
>>75710505
They're stretch marks
I used to be fat so I have them on my sides but they're faint now
The ones on my biceps are more prominent
There's apparently a cream that pregnant women used for their stretch marks that makes them go away

They faded to white over a few years, but you can still feel them.
Morturizing your skin everyday isnhow you prevent them. Once they've appeared, you can't get rid of them completely, but they'll fade to white and get thinner.

I got these from doing pullups at 230lbs and quickly going up in bicep curl weight. Never used steroids. My arms are big but it's muscle and fat. They went down to where I bend my arm. Eventually they faded to white and blend in with my skin after a few months.

that's the least worst rood side effect - u gain size quicker than ur skin can absorb and your skin has to grow so that u will turn into parashoot when u come off, and since it can't grow that much that fast it rips - think ducette or israetel belly
>waaah, i got loose skinnnnnn, look how loose my skin isssssss
>pulls on it - yep, an fucking parashoot
>a..bs just don't look as good as u a...ge

well u were never supposed to be 3 times ur natural size imbecile, nor were u supposed to fluctuate in weight 20% of your body mass willy nilly periodically

i coined the term venom tiger claw marks, cause u've been slapped by venomous tiger and your balls are never coming back to normal function and u're walking with that mark and when weather gets warmer and u want to show off ur "gainz" u have to show how u got these watery blobs u call muscle
no it doesn't happen naturally unless u get extremely fat at the same time, my shoulders are pristine and way way bigger than this sorry asshole in op pic

1) Those are stretch marks, and they fade over time. Use what >>75713773 suggested, or a more potent solution (what I used for mine) was retinol, .5% mixed with Bakuchiol .5%, cost like $45 premium grade derma shit, but it made the marks fade hella fast.

2) You're not permanently disfigured retard, you're actually experiencing what 90% of the /fit/ community never will - gains. Want to know how I know most of fit is DYEL? Because the last time I saw a thread related to stretch marks was in twenty fucking eighteen. You are most likely to get stretch marks-
>Near armpits
>Front shoulder
>Glutes/Buttocks
Because these are where the skin on the body is the tightest, and muscle grows faster than the skin develops in those areas.

Congrats anon, you're a fucking lifter. You're actually gonna make it if you stop sperging like a retard.

It is often best to view such problems through the lens of caveman era sexual selection, to realize just how extremely short the scope of modern history is. Its because your evolution history. Your ancestors usually didn't have access to the resources required for extremely fast muscle growth that only modern peoples get to enjoy, so there hasn't been any statistically relevant breeding pressure involved with 'maximum skin stretching capacity', even though some beings possess super skin that almost never scars. Your starving ancestors developed muscle and fat tissues over much longer periods of time, resulting in little to no skin stretching scar tissue ever being visible enough to discourage females from reproducing with them, so there is almost no genetic selection versus stretch scar tissue. Superficial issues such as this, being what they are, are often far less prioritized by sexual mates, the brutality of raw muscle power being far more statistically sexually relevant than whatever ugliness may appear upon that muscle tissue. You should celebrate that this alleviates most of your lack of confidence, but warn be wary, because we do now exist in an age where your sexual targets DO have the resources and time to now sexually select for such superficialities, even being so low priority as they are. Another one is baldness - not enough time to sexually select against baldies, even though hair helps massively vs sunburn, the brain now shielding itself with hats. It doesn't really matter so long as the industries of bioengineering continue to progress and proliferate, as all such problems are easily solvable with intelligent ingenuity, in various ways, such as the photonic treatment another anon pointed out here, and eventually artificial skin grafts, etc.

TL;DR: If the cavepeople era had lasted much, much longer, very few of the genetic problems modern society currently experiences would still exist. It is only a matter of time before all things are perfected.
>>
>>75713984
Can you tell me the brand/store you got your retinol + bakuchiol lotion or serum from? I'm not seeing it for less than $100. Most of the products I see are either retinol or bakuchiol besides one than has .3% retinol and 2% bakuchiol for 90 bucks.
>>
>>75710118
I get shit like this on my shoulders a lot from standing calf raises.
>>
>>75714588
that's different but i switched to seated calf raise because of that
>>
>>75714580
Those rates are bullshit, but at the same time wouldn't be surprised that there was inflation, I got mine in early 2023 pre-Biden era inflation. I got mine from a local dermatology clinic that was selling that shit for like $45 a vial, but when I called today and asked they said it was going for like $65. Point is, it works, and one vial will be more than enough for that. Source: I had REALLY fucking bad ones, used it for a month, they're gone and I still have a third of a vial left. You do NOT need alot of this stuff, it's literally just a tiny squirt once/twice per day, then put body lotion on after.
>>
>>75714133
This just illustrates the limits of "sexual" or "natural" for evolution, while the point of this board is a newer, more personal, and artificial kind of "evolution."

>just do the freakin' phototherapy.
>>
>>75710862
This is because you're not nearly as active. Picrel is a shit example, this dude did monster cycles and can't keep it up anymore. No shit he's losing his muscle.
>>
>>75710118
i've got massive stretch marks around my biceps, triceps, pecs and traps too. they go away but very slow. the ones around my biceps stuck around for almost an year dude. this is what happens when you grow muscle way too fast but your skin can't keep up with it, people who use steroids don't get this because their skin also gets bigger but they suffer from acne and other skin problems instead.
>>
>>75714715
Best I could find was .3% retinol and 2% bakuchiol for like 60 an ounce. The cheaper ones I saw were all sketchy Asian sites.

Stretch marks. They fade over time, but they never really go away completely. They will become a lot less noticeable over time. Tons of people have them, actually. Especially well endowed women and dudes that lift. There are some treatment methods, but I don't know a thing about them and how effective they are. You should be thankful they're on your delts from lifting and not your love handles or thighs from gaining weight. Can try seeing a dermatologist if it really bothers you
>>
>>75710118
