Do you really NEED to work traps directly?
>>
>>75710766
you don't "NEED" to workout. If you want impressive traps, you SHOULD train them directly
>>
No, but doing facepulls and shrugs actually helped cure my nerd/phone neck and the pain that comes with it. Otherwise, deadlifts are usually enough for most people
>>
>>75710766
just deadlift bro
>>
>>75710766
Training upper traps will turn you into a hunchback eventually.

No it won't, you dumbass.
>>

"workout" is a noun, you meant "work out"
>>
>>75711291
"noun" is a verb, you meant "adjective"
>>

If your traps outgrow the rest of your body then maybe you're doing something right for traps I'll guess you begrudgingly do them like legs and half ass it almost and see more gains because you aren't correctly bulking, I like to think of it like I need to eat more than doing nothing all day so I gotta lift and soon enough I burn out, still put on lots of muscle once you have good mental ques and technique and shit to really get thicker and tighter.
>>
>>75711406
Albeit traps have more mass being a back muscle than like delts so size and strength grow easier. I used to 1:1 back and presses, legs same and my bench sucks and I basically lost time training.
>>
>>75710766
Just do farmer's carries
Free trap gains

Why do we shrug on one axis like fucking monkeys
>>
>>75710766
Unless you have good enough trap genetics that they grow from indirect work, yes
>>
>>75711431
Because we are monkeys.
>>
>>75711464
where's your tail nigga?
>>
>>75711466
Apes don't have tails.
>>
>>75711498
monkey =/= ape
>>
>>75711503
Nobody said they are the same. Every ape is a monkey, you dipshit.
>>
>>75711508
You got it twisted nigga. They're both primates, an ape isn't a monkey and vice versa. They share an ancestor
>>
>>75711530
No, you insistent retard, monkeys are simians (of the infraorder simiiformes) while apes are a type of simian (of the superfamily hominoidea).
A human is more closely related to a baboon than a spider monkey, so only a complete retard would say that baboons and spider monkeys belong to the same clade exclusive of humans.
>>
>>75710766
power clean 315 and your traps will look fine
>>
>>75711546
>than a baboon is to a spider monkey*

you are both autistic
>>
>>75711555
What is your point?
>>
>>75711508
Speak for yourself flea brain, I don't climb trees with my tail like you lil bro
>>
>>75711574
This nigger can't into taxonomy.
>>
>>75711559

so you DO have autism?
>>
>>75711680
>Look, this random image that some retard made has the same misconception as me, therefore it must be right
>No, I can't refute anything you wrote
You're such a fucking idiot.
>>
>>75711706
You just told me I did. Why are you now asking?
>>
>>75710766
Yes. Big traps look good assuming you have the sholder width for them.
>>
>>75710766
Stupid frogfag.
