You can buy like a 6 month cycle of ecdy for that, which Jeff thinks le soiyence says doesn't work.

>t. proved Jeff wrong
>>
>pick 1-3 good lifts for each body part
>hit for 2-3x frequency
>do 10-15 quality working sets in total
>strive to become stronger in your chosen rep range, use different modes of progression where they fit.
>organize all of this into a schedule you personally can recover from
>eat and sleep
>deload when necessary
You are welcome. I don't know what the fuck is in the book but lifting is solved, a terrible program you buy into and go hard at is better than a perfect program you half ass. The science community distracts away from the fundamentals which is more pounds for more reps with equal form.
>>
>>75711779
what do you do when cutting? im willing to bet that 90% of the people who visit this board are recovering fatasses who need this information...
>>
>>75711783
You do the exact same thing. You change as little as possible, usually volume goes first to maintain intensity. The expectation in progression changes too.
>>
>>75711794
thanks anon
>>
>>75711783
Not that OP, but all you really have to do is decrease the volume but increase the intensity of each session. You will obviously most likely lose strength at a caloric deficit, but it's still important to go heavy whenever you can. It's not like you lose 100 lbs off your bench or deadlift because you lost 20 lb.

you can download this from 1337x right now for free.

That's 10-15 working sets a week per body part btw, not per session. Some can do less and some can do more, and it may change. But it's a good ball park. Anything with more than 2-3 reps in reserve is not a working set.
>>
>>75711754
probably not.
youtube is free lil' bro.
>>
>>75711755
dumb. you could just look up recipes online
>>
didn't nipples make a video basically walking back his whole science based approach recently?

I'm just taking the autoregulation pill. It's how all advanced lifters intuitively train.

>get jacked using science
Does he give you the formula to synthesize the roids he's taking?
>>
>>75711783
You do a muscle sparing fast.
1,5g per lean body mass, you keep the intensity but cut the volume. So instead of 15 - 10 sets a week, you do 8 - 5 sets but keep the intensity.

why do people always say to keep the intensity? Is it because of the fact that when you're cutting, you're burdened with smaller recovery, which means you need to train on a more effective program? Wouldn't this imply the intensity is what makes a program effective, and not volume? Does this mean that Mentzer was right all along? Woo

It's actually pretty standard and respectable. I havent read the whole thing but it goes through the basics for the normal moves and the right way to do them with some tips. Then it talks about RIR and shit.
It's just basic advice of
>Do the movement correctly
>Go close to failure(not always failure)
>Progressively put more weights on
>Stay consistent
>Add variety after you plateau
That's the first 3 chapters so far
