>>75715249What I do is use a little avocado oil cooking spray on my pan and bring the heat up to medium-low. Then I'll add about 1.5oz of fat free mozzarella cheese to the pan and spread it out so that it's a small tortilla sized disk. I'll add a little salt and maybe some other seasonings if I feel like it. Then I cook it until it gets brown and crispy on the bottom and flip it to let it cook for a little longer so the other side isn't gooey. I'll move it to those taco shell holders and let it form into a hard shell after a few minutes. It's like 14g of protein and 60 calories each and tastes like the best parts of crispy cheese without any of the grease. I made a huge one once with like 8oz of the non-fat cheese, didn't flip it so the top stayed gooey, and put pieces of turkey pepperoni and sauteed peppers and onion on top with a drizzle of tomato sauce. Tasted almost exactly like pizza but was virtually all protein with it being like 85g of protein and 440 calories for the whole thingAlso OP will for sure got some attaboys at the company meeting this week

Here in socal they're up to almost $3/can. Even a 24 pack is $40. So I buy sugar free rockstar instead 24 for $30 (including tax and crv).
