How to get this kind of punching power?
>>
seems to be mostly genetic, no hard puncher ever became like that by training.
Ernie Shavers was the hardest hitter there ever was by far and he seems to have just been born that way.

More like how did the brain evolve to be so fragile?
There's no weight in that punch to justify a knockout. Probably just the right things aligning for the brain to give up.

from research i've done over the years to get more power myself these things all matter
>genetics/potential/unchange-able
frame and body proportions, specific muscle bellies help, hand/wrist size, power punchers are usually hot tempered and low iq mentally ill, impulsive people
>style/technique, a knockout punch doesn't actually take much force at all, just a very basic hit connecting in the right place at the right time, the thing is power punchers will wear someone down fast with non-ko punches leading them to get the inevitable free ko-punches if they haven't koed yet, basic punching mechanics will make you punch hardest you can
>weight
being bigger makes you hit harder obviously, but some fighters are capable of cutting and bulking weight faster and end up significantly heavier than their opponents during their fights
>general strength
kind of matters but not that much, mostly helps in developing explosiveness with other training, need to do a lot of rotational stuff, never focus on isolation/bodybuilding style training
>explosiveness/athleticism
plyometrics and explosive concentric lifting, applying the same concepts to sport specific training like never pulling punches on the bag and mitts etc, basically soviet style stuff, lots of max effort jumping and some oly lifts
>conditioning/cardio
if you don't have much power but have a granite chin and endurance you could develop a style to exhaust your opponents and eventually overwhelm them with free hits or break them down over time
>cheating
some kos are just rigged fights or even drug the opponent
>>

He didn't and you are coping. Let it go, the nigger got finished twice by Tyson and that's what will be remembered.

It's crazy how little power and technique are in this punch, it's not like the Ortiz KO where he blew his head off, he just boops him on the nose almost, kind of lends credence to those "pressure point" knockout scams

Most fighters do bad lifting and too much cardio, you can train cardio for 1-2mo and be basically elite lifting takes a lifetime. Big is fast idk what the fuck boxing coaches are smoking probably actually smoking crack seeing as they hang out in the slums to make their boxing gym more rustic and ofc more cool black people.
>>
>>75712775
You can't because wilder was born with it but you can improve your power by lifting heavy weights fast, like oly lifts and weighted plyos and with plyometrics.
Also having a good kinetic chain to produce as much power as possible and having good precision and timing so the power is used effectively and deliver the most damage.
You need to do all 3.

genetics and athletic development in childhood. you obviously can improve it greatly as an adult even if you weren't athletic as a child, and almost everyone is capable of generating decent power (enough to knock someone out) provided they also train some technique. there's absolutely no way for someone without natural power or athleticism to bridge the gap however. they can improve but theyll never develop freak power.

Its genetic mostly, considering how many good boxers and champions there were in the history of boxing and how few of them had knockout power like that, they all trained hard obviously and training can improve your punching power of course, but it will never be as good as a guy who was born with it, i think it has to do with whether you have more fast twitch muscle fibers, bone density etc

>Who never did any sports growing up
That's not genetics you goalposts moving copelord. People that are good at their sport are good because they trained their entire life. Some of them are explicitly not genetically gifted and they would still wreck your shit because you've never trained. Yes, genetics will make your efforts into extraordinary ability but trying to towrite off the entirety of their accomplishment to "muh generic" is a weak cope that you use to keep from roping rather than admit you just don't apply yourself.
>>
>>75714535
If it could be trained then every single pro boxer would be a KO artist. Because there's absolutely no reason to not have the ability to end a fight with a single punch.

I guarantee that any professional boxer absolutely can knock out any untrained fighter with a single punch. Turns out you can also train a strong neck to avoid knockout which is why boxers don't go down on the first punch.
Why are you being such a fag about this? Are you really that mind broken over the fact that you're not good at anything? Is the only way to survive to cope and say you just have bad genetics instead of realizing these people just work harder than you?
>>
>>75715031
