>>75719367why yes of course!- get lean(diet, drop bf), this is a nobrainer, because visceral and subcutaneous fat just get in the way of aesthetics, health and Life in general (try to have more meals and smaller portions then less meals with the smaller portions, try to eat less sweets, drink less soda, etc. for me eating (heavily) salted light yoghurt become a gamechanger because it takes up volume/mass, gives me fullness and electrolytes (sodium) with minimal calories - I can go for a long time without eating anything (in fact it is 10x easier to not eat than to stop eating while I am at it - not eating has the benefit of letting your stomach shrink and so smaller portions will give you fullness) but get headaches/migraines from low sodium in like a couple of hours so I have to pay attention to this)- train transversus abdominis(often overlooked - stomach vacuum variations like mad, mostly volume because I know no real way to load it)- stretch hamstrings and train lower back(with the added benefit of getting rid of lower back pain, I use standing good mornings with small weights slowly increasing load)- train erector spinea(for me both flexing (1/s for more and more repetitions) for volume and the same cartoonish "push out and lift your chest" movement with a backpack on my chest (currently using 11 kgs @ 65 kg BW) for 15 reps for maximal strength seems balanced)
