in my experience it's often simpler to try doing more of the movement you're trying to improve rather than worrying about accessoriesdo it more often per weekdo drop setsfocus on the negative motion slowly with good controlyou can also consider doing partial reps of higher weight, cheating to get through one part of the motion, then doing the partial rep with the higher weight to strengthen that part of the motion. also works for negatives. cheat to get the weight down, then control the negative with the full weight. i'd go with this plus higher volume for at least 1 month
