My toes are starting to curl, I think I have bunions in my big toe and hammer toe in the second from smallest toes. I looked up mobility shit on youtube, they move their toes and spread them individually. I can't do it. I can either scruntch up all toes or have them be normal, no other mobility, no control of individual toes. Being half way through the 30s suck.

Also: if your feet splay outwards while you walk you are walking wrong. You must mitigate overpronation/duck feet.Too many people walk wrong and likely wear ill fitting shoes.

For some reason my left side/core was really weak but managed to 'mask' it for decades too.Only until I went to a physio did I learn my left side was messed up and had been causing pains and aches for years.Sucked quite a bit as I started to work on the weaker muscles.
