>NEW SUPPLEMENT JUST DROPPED
>REDDIT GOES INSANE
>"CHANGED LIFE"
>Buy it
>Literally NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER

Are all these pieces of shit placebo? Has anyone in this cancer infested asshole tried this crap and noticed any effect from it?
>>

it's all astroturfed advertising.
this website is even worse for it because of the anonymous nature.
you will struggle navigating the internet if you're low IQ.
>>
>>75718613
I'm conviced either its astroturfed advertising, or the majority of users online are actually in poverty and eating bottom of the barrel food with zero nutrients, so this shit actually does change their life.
>>
>>75718618
But no supplement ever does anything

>Are all these pieces of shit placebo?
Yes. Anywhere on the internet you will find people saying that it changed their life or had insane effects on them. They are all retards wanting to beleive. Fit is no exception
>>
>>75718650
but that's not true.
it's a very nuanced topic though and it's all placebo and astroturfed advertising unless you're autistic enough to understand the underlying biology and chemistry.

This is the answer. As long as you eat well, you don't need supplements. Supplements are supplements, ie your diet is lacking. If they gave you something exogenous, they'd be drugs.

I just use this website to look for PubMed searches in terms of what supplements to take. It is true that *relatively few* of them *individually* do enough to be noticeable, but big stacks can start getting more serious effects, especially with recovery.

If you read deep enough, you'll learn that pretty much all the foods and supplements out there actually have various drug-like properties. The RDAs for vitamins and minerals are not tweaked for optimal performance; exceeding some of them can be beneficial while others might give you cancer. If you're focusing on terms like "essential" and "deficiency" you're doing supplementation wrong, because most of the best shit your body TOTALLY does not *need*.

Lmao poverty in America isn’t real it’s just some lie the left made up, even homeless people are only homeless because they need easy access to drugs that they don’t get in californias readily available housing first programs.

It's food with a tremendous amount of drug-like properties.

redditors are ALWAYS twig armed fat fucks who think they’re the smartest person in the room. actual definition of midwit flesh drones. usually a libtard fucking moron too.
>>
>>75718764
Herbal medicine. Drug. And it doesn't beat garlic, so all the "it can improve X" don't mean much when you realize how little you get from garlic or ginger. Another meme and it's a drug.
>>
>>75718742
Are you not even aware that there is something called phytonutrients?
>>

>it doesn't beat garlic

Depends what exactly we're talking about. Killing microorganisms? You're probably right. Inhibiting 5-alpha reductase? Ginseng mogs.

Reddit approved? Into the trash

I started drinking red ginseng tea and it's probably placebo but I feel it makes me more relaxed and reduces feelings of stress

>tell me more about ginseng

Picrel is a decent overview of some of its effects. FWIW I've had a similar experience and noticed increased endurance+recovery. If you go a few pages deep on Google Scholar, you'll get a better overview: https://scholar.google.com/scholar?q=ginseng+effects

Specific to /fit/'s core mission, it has been fairly widely studied as a muscle PED: https://scholar.google.com/scholar?q=ginseng+muscle
