So I get this nagging tightness in my chest basically every time I lie down during the middle of the day when I lie down for a nap (am 27 year old boomer.) Been going on for fucking months, drives me nuts. I've tried stretching but it just doesn't make a difference.

Doesn't seem to act up at all when I go to bed, or in the morning. I do sometimes feel it in the middle of the day but it's pretty rare. Feel perfectly fine when exercising, lifting or rooning. Heart has already been checked out and it's all good, not that it feels like a heart issue. Just fucking annoying.

Anyone have similar problems?

Could be a cartilage inflammation due to bad sitting/sleeping position but besides the heart did you get your arteries checked too? to be safe.
Cannot exclude an abscess or tumor, they can form at any point near the nipples, sometimes it's genetic so if you got a case of breast cancer in family it may be related but it's just a possibility.
Drink more water and find a more comfortable sleeping position anyway.

Well, I've had lots of blood work last year and nothing weird has shown up (aside from b6 toxicity, that's been fun dealing with.)
>breast cancer
With my luck I wouldn't doubt it kek
Never known anyone in the family whose had it, though
