Has anybody here tried meditation? Does it increase your test and boost your gains?
>>
Medication is what you need to increase testosterone and gains
>>
i haven’t done it, but i imagine being in control of your mental stress without drugs is probably very healthy. long term high cortisol just obliterates test

Do a thought experiment. Is a normal, well-adjusted man with a fairly decent level of testosterone is gonna bother with meditation? Or is he busy enough with his career and spending time with friends and women to even consider that? Who talks about meditation the most? Those types, or self improving pajeets that talk about how they can smell their testicles after having a no fap for a month, which one would you rather be?
>>
it's good for mental health gains

It's great for finding peace and for lowering stress. Also great for mental gains both for health and performance.

I meditate. It could potentially increase test via lowering cortisol but I haven't seen any research on that.

It can help your gains because it can help you focus. Regular practice lessens the time you spend lost in a stream of your own thoughts, day to day. Snapping back to reality mid-session can help you to concentrate, and to get a better sense of what you're currently doing.

It's for recovery. That's it.

This, but lowering cortisol will also increase test.

Or is someone experienced with meditation secure in himself enough to keep it a private matter and feel no need to anyone?
>>
I am meditating all the time, always present, never anxious.

How tf do you lower cortisol
>>

I meditate while on walks. Just sitting there meditating without any physical activity at all is good tier for expanding your mind, but it's hard as shit. Getting into the zone while working out is almost essential.

A lot of ways....crying is a great way to dump a ton of it.
I watch videos on WW2 heros and bawl for 20 minutes thinking about how their selfless actions saved so many & more than we could ever know.

In an indirect way. If you are more present everything works better.

i can't sit still and think of nothing. I tried it and it freaks me out.I do other healthy things like cycle and consume healthy stuff and try to forget that I cannot meditate.
