Has anybody here tried meditation? Does it increase your test and boost your gains?
Medication is what you need to increase testosterone and gains
i haven’t done it, but i imagine being in control of your mental stress without drugs is probably very healthy. long term high cortisol just obliterates test

Or is he busy enough with his career and spending time with friends and women to even consider that? Who talks about meditation the most? Those types, or self improving pajeets that talk about how they can smell their testicles after having a no fap for a month, which one would you rather be?

>>75719812I meditate while on walks. Just sitting there meditating without any physical activity at all is good tier for expanding your mind, but it's hard as shit. Getting into the zone while working out is almost essential.
