ok i admit it im fat...
i have 29% body fat
i cant wear any normal tshirts, all my pants dont fit me
the only way for me to look normal is by wearing hoodies.

:( im a fatass... any advice for me anonymous users?

1. Im fat from drinking, i normally only eat one meal a day, but a litre of vodka daily is making me balloon, I just learned on google that a litre is almost 2000 calories

2. I cant do pushups or pullups, back in the day I could do 10 pullup sets, and 30 pushup sets. Now I can only do 1-2 pushups, and 0 pullups

Any advice havers? Opinion givers? Thanks 4channnel!

when i was out working i saw one of those tallboy margaritas and i didnt stop thinkig about it until the weekend came and i got hammered

I agree with this guy. Go to AA before it’s too late. Not everyone can quit on their own and it’s okay to say “I need help.” You don’t need to do it on your own.

you dont get the shakes? i assumed from the litre of vodka, that’s a lot. you MUST learn to respect drink if that’s the case.
how many times have you said “ah just one or two” and had 10, 15, 20 drinks instead? lower that number as much as you can. of course if you drop something suddenly there’s the nagging habit but if you “reassure” your brain it’s still getting at least a little drink now and then you will find it’s easier to go a day without. then 2 days, etc. your reward cycle in your brain is dependent on alcohol.

1) Slowly taper your alcohol consumption down introducing NAC supplementation.
2) Incorporate a decent probiotic with prebiotics into your diet.
3) Focus on a whole food died, less food product (junk) and less added sugar.
4) As you lose weight incorporate daily walks, and when you start burning fat and losing weight you can start on 'greasing the groove' for pull ups and bodyweight calisthenics, and build up from there.

All of this takes time, its a process.
Most of all, you will need to address why you self-medicate with booze, and heal that trauma. All the best anon.

i do have the shakes, but i only notice it when i got buy alcohol, when i put the card in to pay i realize my hand is shaking, and i make small talk so they dont realize it and stop me from buying

last year i had a good run where i didnt drink for a month and didnt eat any carbs, i lost 15 pounds in that month, im guessing from water weight, not drinking and not eating any bread or rice. but i felt hungry all day

i used to post my abs on /fit/ when i would reply but now im like the complete opposite of who i was, i cant believe i let myself get to this point

It’s because crash diets and shit aren’t sustainable. You gotta like yourself first before you can even lose it and then it will come off. None of that dumb “Oh, I need to flog myself to even lose weight.” Stop listening to the people who don’t want to motivate you because they will never in a thousand years want you to actually succeed.
